David previously was the operations manager of Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville, GA for ten years. Free Chapel and its pastor, Jentezen Franklin, are involved in local as well as international ministries. The broadcast ministry alone goes around the world daily to millions of homes. David was responsible for the overall operations of the audio, video, lighting and control systems of this dynamic church.

As head of operations with dB, David's years of experience help to ensure all the bases of your project are covered from start to completion by monitoring day to day business. From sales to design/engineering; all the way to installation and training, he is involved to make certain your needs are being met.

Ivan is our “nuts and bolts” guy; he makes sure all the audio systems are designed for the most optimal performance. With twenty-four years of experience in audio design, he is a graduate of many Synergetic Audio Concepts Seminars plus holds certificates in TEF, SMAART, EASE 4.0 and LCS Matrix 3.

Ivan is knowledgeable in component level electronics, and he holds degrees in Electronic Engineering Technology. He is also our RF systems specialist and still holds a FCC Radiotelephone license, is certified in Yamaha’s PM1D, and is a member of the Synergetic Audio Concepts Seminar.

Neil comes to us from Tullahoma, Tennessee where for sixteen years he owned his own business specializing in custom, handcrafted instruments and a world wide distribution of antique stringed instruments. His company designed and built audio systems for the churches in that area as well. Neil then felt a calling to join Stasis Ministries where he was on the road full-time as a musician/singer teaching youth groups about Biblical truths in worship. He then began working with Hi-Tech Innovations of Nashville, TN where he was responsible for sales and development of their commercial/industrial audio and video system. He holds an Associates degree in Broadcast Communication/Television and Radio Production. His primary role is in sales and video systems design assistance.

Locklear heads up our Eastern Regional Office in the Augusta, Georgia area.

Attending the University of Georgia majoring in music performance, and having played professionally for over twelve years with artists including Charlie Daniels, Earl Scruggs, and Travis Tritt, Frank is an accomplished musician.

Frank has experience in studio design, installation, and ownership working with venues including Web IV, Mastersound, The Sound Pit, and Studio One. He attended Southern Technical Institute, with an emphasis in electrical engineering and is a Graduate of several Syn-Aud-Con courses. Frank brings years of engineering and sales experience in professional audio and video to the dB team with a strong emphasis on problem solving and customer satisfaction

Keith comes to dB after serving as the Associate Technical Director at Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover, AL. Prior to Hunter Street, Keith served at churches in Gadsden, AL as Technical Director as well as on the ministerial staff. He brings us seventeen years experience in the video production field and over twelve years in the audio field. He has worked as a freelance videographer for several productions throughout the Southeast and operated his own production company for seven years in the Birmingham area. With various types of projects in his repertoire ranging from sports videography and training to church production, Keith’s background allows him to assist on a variety of projects. He currently holds certificates in Synergetic Audio Concepts.

Ron served twelve years in full time vocational ministry at churches in Georgia, South Carolina, and Kentucky after completing an undergraduate degree and a Masters in New Testament at Columbia International University. Throughout his ministry Ron came to be known as the “tech guy” in the churches he served; designing, upgrading, and installing audio and video systems for a variety of venues and applications.

As a result of his growth in the technology ministry, Ron was able to use his experience to open a regional office for a Colorado based system integration company as a resource for the technological needs of churches and business. During this time he completed a sales integration course in A/V technologies from Extron Electronics. Ron also worked with a Kentucky A/V company as sales/project manager overseeing installs, working with system designs, and developing sales and marketing.

Ron can help customers walk through the process of finding solutions to their audio and video questions with his unique perspective having been both consumer and a systems integrator. His ministry and technical experience combined with his passion to serve gives Ron the ability to provide resources needed to help clients make the best decision in meeting both technical and practical needs.
